Reliable, neat and detail-oriented cleaner in Berlin

My name is Audrey, and I am a reliable, proactive and detail-oriented cleaner with two years of professional hotel-cleaning experience, as well as many years of maintaining private homes. My background taught me how to work efficiently, follow high hygiene standards and notice the small details that make a room feel genuinely clean, fresh and welcoming. I am experienced in cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas; vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting furniture and hidden surfaces, changing bed linen; organising spaces, removing visible marks and safely using different cleaning products and equipment. I do not simply complete the obvious tasks and leave. I pay attention to corners, skirting boards, areas behind furniture and appliances, frequently touched surfaces and anything else that may have been overlooked. When I notice something that needs attention, I take initiative while respecting the homeowner’s preferences. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. I treat every home, personal belonging and family routine with care and complete discretion. I respect privacy, never open private drawers, cupboards or documents unless specifically asked, and do not take photographs or share information about the homes where I work. I follow instructions regarding keys, alarms, pets and security carefully. I also avoid unnecessary waste, handle fragile possessions gently and immediately communicate if I notice damage, a safety concern or something requiring the homeowner’s attention. I am punctual, organised and comfortable working independently. I listen carefully during the first visit, learn how each household prefers things to be done and maintain a consistent standard every week. I am also open to feedback and happy to adjust my routine whenever a homeowner’s needs change. If a task requires extra time, I communicate clearly rather than rushing or leaving it unfinished. I would be delighted to become you dependable cleaner.
