From Confused to Confident: Let’s Learn Together!

Hi there! My name is Sidney Gibb, a TEFL-certified tutor with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a minor in Education, and over 12 years of teaching experience through volunteering with youth organizations and professional work. I spent the last year in Munich, Germany, teaching English to two amazing kids, and I’m now ready to bring learning to life in person! With me, English isn’t just a subject—it’s an adventure. We’ll cook, hike, play music, and explore the world while building real, confident English skills. Fun, hands-on, and unforgettable—that’s how we learn together! Building lasting and meaningful connections with my students is a key part of my approach. I help ensure your child’s confidence is rooted in themselves, supporting language growth that lasts long after our lessons. To start, I offer lessons over Zoom to build a connection with your child, assess their current language level, explore interests, and set goals, timelines, and expectations. In-person activities and experiences begin February 2026, taking learning beyond the screen and into the real world.
