Caring & Reliable English-Speaking Babysitter

Growing up in a big Latino family, childcare sometimes feels less like a “job” and more like a life skill you naturally pick up along the way. While I don’t have formal childcare experience, I’m definitely no stranger to looking after little ones. I’ve looked after my niece many times and genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I’m patient, attentive, and responsible, and I’m happy to match each child’s personality and energy—whether that means playing, keeping them entertained, helping with their routine, or simply making sure everything stays safe and (mostly) chaos-free. I understand that trusting someone with your child is a big deal, so I take that responsibility seriously while still making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and have fun. One thing to keep in mind is that my German is still on the basic side, so English would be the main language I speak with the children. And as a little bonus, I’m a native Spanish speaker, so I’d be more than happy to sprinkle in some Spanish and teach them a few words and phrases along the way!
