English speaking Nanny for an 19 months old

Blessed with a baby girl early this year, I have joined back the work after my parental leave while my wife pursues her Masters. We are looking for a nanny who could look after our little princess who is 19 months old. We would prefer if the person speaks fluent english and could be available for 3 days a week for 3 hours.
